enableHR’s WHS Module integrates seamlessly with the other modules in enableHR, providing businesses with the tools to Lead, Manage, and Engage on Workplace Health and Safety to ensure compliance.
The 'Lead Safety' workflows guide businesses through the steps to set up their Workplace, Health and Safety system, which includes the creation of organisational health and safety documentation, guides and policies.
The 'Manage Safety' workflows guide businesses through operational safety management processes. These processes include managing individual incidents and hazards as they are reported or identified, undertaking periodic risk register reviews, managing an employee’s return to work as a result of an injury, managing any required health monitoring and managing issue resolution processes.
The 'Engage on Safety' workflows guide businesses through best practice workplace, health and safety inductions for their workers and assist businesses in consulting with workers and other PCBU’s ('person conducting a business or undertaking') on safety matters.
All documents and data in the WHS module are recorded and stored within the tabs in the WHS module. The tabs are intended to guide users to group and file information in a meaningful manner and make it more intuitive for WHS Administrators and Managers alike to access key information and data.
Further, there are several registers available which are used to capture lists of items and record information about key safety matters or events. Each item in a register has its own digital file that allows users to store documents, create alerts, notes and reminders for key follow up activities, and display any checklists that may relate to the item. Businesses can also leverage the library functionality for registers to pre-load a list of common or industry specific register items and any associated reference documentation.
