Being able to drag and drop documents would be a great time saver is something I've discussed with a number of clients and partners.
I've added the requirement as a roadmap candidate.
Oi would also be good to create things like the org chart using drag and drop.

Drag and drop functionality is something we are keen to deliver!
Delivering drag and drop functionality within enableHR is a reasonably complex task. We are in the process of building an API (Application Programming Interface), which is the foundation piece we need before we can deliver drag-and-drop.
Once we have that capability we need to look at where we would use drag and drop within the application. So where in enableHR would you like to see drag and drop? What daily tasks in enableHR would drag and drop make simpler?

Everywhere really! Would be really helpful to be able to drag docs from one candidate to another if they get loaded to the wrong person, drag policies to a different tab, highlight or select a whole range of docs and drag the whole lot to a different area. For example we have just created a new HR & Recruitment tab and have had to individually change the location of every doc for every centre (x45) and manually move each one which actually took days. If we could have highlighted for example every doc named "Staff Timesheet" and dragged them into the HR tab it would have taken a matter of minutes.

Big vote yes for drag and drop!
I would find it most useful in trying to drag a document that is in my email straight into a candidate/employee profile. At the moment, I have to save it first, then upload.
