Post- Azure B2C Migration

We’ve addressed several issues impacting user experience after the migration to B2C:

  • Stay Logged In with Email MFA: Users who chose Stay logged in were still being prompted for Email OTP on the same device/browser. This has been fixed, and the preference now works as expected.

  • Streamlined Registration for ESS Users: Azure-authenticated ESS users were previously asked to set their password twice when registering a new account. This process is now simplified for a smoother onboarding experience.
     

Document Expiry Report shows no results when specific Branch selected

We’ve resolved an issue where the Document Expiry Report was showing no results when a specific branch was selected. The report now works as intended:

  • When a branch is selected, the report returns documents applicable to that branch.
  • When no branch is selected, the report returns documents applicable to all branches.
  • When no documents meet the selected criteria (branch, document type, or format), the report correctly returns no results.
  • These filters can be used for both CSV and HTML format

 

Enhancements

User List Report to include MFA enabled field

The User List Report now includes a new “MFA Enabled” column to indicate whether Multi-Factor Authentication is active for each user. The column will display “Yes” if MFA is enabled and “No” if it is not, including users who have never configured MFA. This enhancement provides clear visibility of MFA usage across your organisation.

Training Management Reports - Append Competency 'Code' to the competency name

We have now enhanced the reporting capabilities for the below reports by adding competency code next to competency name and when there’s no competency code then only competency name will be visible:

  1. Competency Exception Analysis Report

  2. Records and Competencies Matrix Report

  3. Comprehensive Competency Report

  4. Roles vs Competencies Matrix

  5. Time Target Qualifications Report

Update text on Positions tab

When there are no positions listed on the Position screen, it will now display the below text:

There’s nothing here yet. Position records are created via Pre-employment > Approval to recruit checklist.
