OPR Notifications Now Sent When Performance Review is Complete
Fixed an issue where users assigned to OPR Notifications were not receiving alerts when a performance review was completed. Notifications now function as expected for all assigned users.

Grievance Record - Listing Screen Now Displays Multiple Records Correctly
Fixed an issue where Investigator and Respondent information was not displayed correctly in the Grievance Listing Screen.
When multiple records exist, the screen now displays ‘Multiple’ as a hyperlink.
Clicking the hyperlink opens a pop-up with linked records for better visibility.
