Bug Fixes
Alerts tab not displaying all alerts under admin view
Background
The Alerts tab is not displaying all alerts in the correct order under the Manager/Admin view. Additionally, some alerts appear to be missing but are instead scattered across different pages for the same employee, making them difficult to locate.
Update
We’ve fixed how the system displays alerts so that:
- All alerts relevant to an employee are now correctly included and displayed.
- Alerts are shown in the right order.
- Alerts are grouped properly, so they’re no longer spread across unrelated pages.
Creating new user accounts through checklist and registration link throwing error
Background
When creating user accounts via the registration link, Checklists, or using the eSS registration link, the duplication check for contact email is incorrectly validating against users with ‘Inactive’ status, preventing the creation of new accounts.
Update
The system now excludes users with an ‘Inactive’ status or those who have been deleted when validating contact email uniqueness during user account creation via the registration link, Checklists (Individual or Bulk), or through User Settings screens.
Document Expiry Alert Enhancements
We've resolved issues affecting the reliability of expiry alert emails for documents, particularly those stored within account-level tabs such as PDs, General Volunteer Documents, Policies, and General Documents. With this update:
-
Consistent Notifications: Document expiry alerts are now reliably sent to all eligible users, including cases where documents do not have an associated branch.
-
Targeted Notifications: Alerts will only be sent to users who:
-
Have subscribed to expiry alerts.
-
Have permission to view the associated document tabs.
-
Have UI-level permissions for viewing specific documents.
-
-
Enhanced Accuracy:
-
Alerts are processed per user and document tab, ensuring precise permission validation.
-
