Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) Demographic Information
This article outlines the standard functionality available for capturing and reporting Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) demographic data for employees and candidates in the Australian region. This functionality supports organisations in maintaining accurate demographic records essential for compliance and reporting purposes.
Functionality Overview
1. Enable or Disable ATSI Demographic Field (Account Admins Only)
Admin users can enable or disable the demographic question, "Are you of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander origin?" via:
Settings > Account Settings > Setup Options
2. Adding or Updating ATSI Information (Account Admin Users)
Manager users can record or update ATSI information directly in employee or candidate profiles.
3. Adding or Updating ATSI Information (Employees and Candidates)
Employees and candidates can manage their own ATSI demographic details through the My Details section via eSS.
When enabled, an "ATSI" label will appear under the Name grouping.
