Add a field for employees to put their pronouns in. This is increasingly becoming more prevalent so that we are addressing our employees in the correct way, rather than making assumptions.

Dear Shara,
Thanks for taking time in submitting the feature request. Agree that the pronoun field is getting used widely. We will add this request to our development backlog by taking inputs from our leagal team.
The feature requests that are most voted on, will be taken into consideration when putting together our top priority list of features and fixes in our roadmap. Saying that we are definitely considering that it will be worked on it soon, but can't give an exact timeline when this feature will be released.
