Thanks for taking time in submitting the feature request.
Agree that the termination date on the workflow analysis report will be useful to you, but this is a generic report used for various types of Checklists where termination date will not be appropriate.
We will definitely consider your inputs to include termination date when we create a new independent report just to handle terminations. Until then you can rely on Employee export CSV to find the employee's termination information.
