Ability for Administrator to log in as the employee Answered
With other programmes I have used the administrator has been able to log in as the employee. This is very helpful in seeing a problem the employee may be having, and helping them with fixing the problem. It's also useful for training purposes, and for checking when setting someone up that you have their authorities correct so they can't see something they shouldn't.

Thanks for taking time to submit a feature request. Our software currently doesn't allow an administrator to impersonate as an employee.
To replicate any issue reported by your employee, we suggest to try this on your own employee login or create a dummy employee record and login as one. If there are any software related problems that any of your employees are facing then our support team can help and address it.
