Fields in Position Tab - Add Linked Candidate Answered
Hi,
It would be really helpful to see (in the Position tab) a new column that shows if a there is a candidate linked to the position (so we can easily see who we are recruiting into that role). At the moment, you have to go back and forward between candidate and position tabs to figure it out. It would also be helpful if you could identify/flag/stop a manager linking a second candidate to a position that already has a candidate linked to it.

Displaying whether there is already a linked applicant to a position in the listing page is a valid request and we can see the value. It is posted here for our community to vote on to determine the desire for this feature enhancement.
For now, the process you mentioned about checking under either the candidate record or the position record > applicant tab is the best way to determine if the position is linked to a candidate already.
There is a configuration option where if an approved position is linked to a candidate, it can be marked as 'Appointed' immediately, perhaps this option would make sense for the process you follow? If you would like to test this, please reach out to our Client Support team.
