Two Factor Authenticator Planned

desleigh.white

Hi,

For security and also cybersecurity insurance reasons we need a two factor authenticator to protect all the personal data. Could you please advise on this? The last post said it was on its way and that was a year ago?

    Hi Desleigh,

MFA/TFA is still on enableHR's product roadmap as we understand this is a need for users. Currently, this is on our roadmap for 2024. When there is an update for this we will share this with all our clients.

In the meantime, we recommend clients can access MFA through Single Sign On where the identity provider (like Azure AD) will manage the MFA. Not only can you benefit from your users only having to use one login between multiple systems, but also ensures your users are going through MFA.

    Regards

    Product Team
