Feedback on pre-employment doc. checklist when you have an internal candidate (employee)

Good afternoon, feedback on this checklist / suggestion for improvement as I’m currently working with this checklist.

Hiya, just working through this checklist and we want to appoint an employee to this position.

1. We have set up the approval to recruit, but because this is a current employee, we cannot attach them to the position we have created in EnableHR
1. Feedback – it would be great to be able to have an employee be able to be put against a position (I imagine you can create a second record as a candidate and link them, but this is inefficient).
2. Because the employee already has a job title, the IEA generated within this checklist automatically suggests their title is their old one.
1. Feedback – if you click employee at the start of this checklist, please create a field where you can insert their new title

                                                    i.     It would be great if this would then update their employee file also.
