Continuous performance management Answered
Addition to system to include a continuous performance management tool, that has the ability to create 1 on 1 templates, 360 degree reviews . A system moving away from KPI and rating system, that is interactive with the employee and their manager whilst collecting the information and storing this in a performance review system.
Also career planning area in the system to build on their development and have this as a separate tab in their system

Thanks for taking time in submitting a feature request. These requests will be assessed for desirability and reviewed with our leadsership team before taking it up for further development.
The requests that are most voted on, will be taken into consideration when putting together our top priority list of features and fixes. We can then provide an estimate on what is the likelihood of this being delivered to the users. With the goal of providing the most value by providing what would be used by the majority of our users.
