New training competency notification Answered
It would be helpful that when assigning a new training competency to an employee, it should send them a notification by email.
It should be an easy feature to implement considered employees receive email notifications when a checklist is started (e.g. pre-employment documentation). So the coding behind it would be fairly similar...

Thanks for taking time to submit a feature request and for providing feedback about our training module.
It is a indeed a good feature request but not similar functionality to the notifications through checklist, it will need proper analysis and different solution from our IT team. So, have added it to our product backlog. Once the desirability, validity and feasibility have been determined we will place this in our product roadmap for development.
