After policy update send automated notification to self service users to acknowledge in eSS Answered
Customer suggestion:
“Whenever there is an update to an existing policy or a new self service user, there should be a list of policies they need to read and acknowledge.”

This is a very good feature request, we can add this to our backlog of items to be worked in future releases.
We prioritise feature requests based on the number of votes they receive on our support portal. Currently, our focus is on other key features and compliance updates, but we will reconsider this request if there is significant demand.
