Ability to attach pictures or documents to a note
Use case:
"It would be great if you could upload a document into the notes section.
A lot of times I have copied an email into the Documents section as a reference to an important conversation and the risk is that I don’t change the Doc type then the employee can see it when I don’t want them to.
If its in notes then I know they can’t see it and I refer to notes when there has been an issue with an employee as opposed to schooling through Docs. "

Agreed - this could also mean that you can attach a document which an employee needs to fill in and then create a task to upload the completed document.
Agreed this would save a lot of double handling.
