Online Performance Reviews: visibility of self assessment to Assessor (Mgr) Completed
Hi - In some cases it's important (even critical) for a manager to see how an individual has assessed themselves in order to manage expectations. I therefore think there should be a way for an assessor to view the self-assessment ratings before submitting their own which then releases the report to all parties. That way the manager can prioritise the 121 meeting with team members who have over-estimated their contribution, rather than risk them being disengaged because an assessor sees them differently.

Hi Team Norgay, We've already been talking about this issue and the need to allow the assessor to view the self-assessment before the process is completed.
It is on the roadmap..... We have a couple of major projects prioritised ahead of this work but we do intend to address it.

Hi Team NorgayHR, I have an update for you. Our development team has just started working on this feature. This will be a new checklist item where the Assessor or HR Admin user can manually select when to release the email to the employee with the PDF attachment showing the initial ratings. There will be a new "release" button in the Assessor's eSS as well as a new button on the checklist. We will update again here when this item has finished development, has passed QA and we know a confirmed date for release.
