Can enableHR add some a new field on an employee about salary so it is easier to complete the Work Place Gender Equality reporting.

New Payroll fields to capture employee's standard working hours, Pay rate, Pay frequency and some additional Payroll company and Pay group information can now be added for the API users. Please reach support@enablehr.com if you want these new fields to be enabled.

As part of a project to deliver API connectivity to 3rd party payroll systems we are looking to increase the information we will hold within enableHR, including the salary details of an employee.
