Thank you for your suggestion—you're absolutely right that photos can be a valuable addition to incident, especially for providing context during investigations.
Just to let you know, the ability to upload photos is already available in both the eSS and Admin Portal incident forms. You can attach relevant images or documents directly when submitting or managing an incident.
(eSS) Self Service Portal:You have an option to add this at the end of the form to upload any photo or video.
Admin Portal: As an admin user you can add any additional photos from the Incident record in WHS module.
