Suggestion to update notifications preferences for direct reports & reports Answered
It would be helpful if Enable HR Manager users could choose whether to get notifications from their direct reports separately to their direct reports' reports.
For example, our CEO & Directors may want to receive notifications for the managers that report to them, but not their manager's teams. There is not currently an option to select a different choice for each.

Thank you for your suggestion regarding notification preferences for HR Manager users. We can see how having more granular control—specifically the ability to receive notifications only from direct reports, rather than all levels below—would be valuable, especially for roles like CEOs and Directors.
We’ll review this internally and add it to our product backlog. As with all feature requests, we’ll also monitor interest and prioritise it based on the number of votes and overall impact.
