What is an Internal ID?
An Internal ID number is a unique ID that enableHR automatically generates against each worker record that is created in the system.
The Internal ID is required in some of our importers, as it is used as a unique record identifier to ensure details are imported to the correct record without errors.
The internal ID number is generated by the system and cannot be changed.
How to find the Internal ID for multiple workers
The internal IDs of your workers records can be found by running the Record Export CSV Report.
When you run the report, ensure that the field 'Include Internal ID' is ticked so that the unique Internal ID is included as a column in the export.
How to find the Internal ID for an individual worker
Navigate to the Worker's record. The URL will end with a string of numbers after an = (see image below), this is the individual's Internal ID.
