Fix for stopped scheduled jobsBackground (ENAB-4730) Some scheduled jobs stopped as the version of javamail we used was no longer supported. Update Updating version of javamail should have resolved this and all jobs that were stopped should now process as expected. This is while we support moving over to more secure SFTP connections. |

Enhancements/Features
Records vs Competencies Matrix Report, now in CSV/XLSX and with coloursBackground (ENAB-4059) We have a report which provides a traffic light coloured view of your employees' training competencies, and the status that the competencies are in. See screenshot below for HTML version of the report.
Update As part of our goal to provide quality of life improvements to our current reporting suite, we updated this report to be able to be generated in HTML, CSV & XLSX versions.
The XLSX format will allow users to see the colour coding that relate to the status of the competency (In Progress, Missing, Expired, Completed, Not Applicable).
The CSV version will provide the same as the XLSX version without the formatting showing.

Self Service Approval Report enhancementBackground (ENAB-4059) We have a report which provides an overview of all the self service approval requests that are sent through from eSS users, see here for more info Self Service Approval Report.
Update As part of our goal to provide quality of life improvements to our current reporting suite, we updated this report to be able to be generated in HTML & CSV versions.
As part of this enhancement, we also addressed a small bug where not all payroll information showed as expected on the report. Now users will be able to view all the fields before and after information as part of this report.
