Oh no, are you thinking of leaving enableHR? We will be sad to see you go.
Before you make your decision, can we talk about why?
It can sometimes be difficult for any organisation to set-up and launch new technology, especially if it requires your business to change the way it manages it's people and HR processes. It is normal to experience some difficulties throughout this change process and it's often related to a number of things, which include:
- The business' leadership team lacks a strong overarching vision for how it will use its HR software to drive business outcomes and mitigate risk;
- The business hasn't spent enough time understanding its functionalities and therefore it's ability to derive full value from the product is significantly limited;
- The business did not develop a proper change management and communication strategy designed to ensure that all staff understand the need for HR software and how it should be used;
- The business did not persist for long enough to ensure complete uptake of the HR software. On average, it generally takes 6 to 18 months for new technology to be set-up, tested, refined, launched and completely adopted across the organisation (depending on the size of your business and the complexity of your needs); or
- The business needs specific functionality that the software does not deliver.
Whatever the reason, it is important for us to learn from the challenges your business has experienced and it is for this reason we ask that you please take the time to speak with one of our Client Experience consultants. We've been able to help thousands of clients get back on track with their HR software and we'd love the opportunity to fix and/or support you with any challenges you may be experiencing.
What is the term for my enableHR subscription?
All enableHR subscriptions are locked in for 12 month or 36 month terms. The term of your license subscription is successive, meaning that once your current 12 or 36 month term has finished, it will continue to automatically renew to a new 12 or 36 month term, and so on. enableHR does not offer subscriptions with a month-by-month term.
If you signed up online, your successive term is 12 month intervals which is paid via monthly installments.
If you signed up through our sales team, your recurring term is detailed in your License Agreement. It is likely that your subscription is paid on an annual basis.
What is the notice period for cancellations?
All clients are required to provide a minimum of 90 days' written notice (3 months) prior to your anniversary date. If you do not submit your intention to cancel within this time frame, your subscription will automatically renew for a new term of 12 months or 36 months.
For example, if you are on a 12 month term and your anniversary date is on 11 July 2019. You must provide notice before 11 April 2019 (ie 3 months prior). If notice is not received before this date, your subscription would have automatically renewed to 11 July 2020. If you are on a 36 month term, your subscription would have renewed to 11 July 2022.
What if I successfully satisfy the notice period requirements?
If you satisfy these requirements, our Client Success team will suspend your account at the end of your current term. You will be required to pay out the remainder of your contract (if any) and settle payments for any outstanding fees.
What if I do not meet the notice period requirements?
If you do not satisfy these requirements, your subscription would have automatically renewed for a new term of 12 months or 36 months as per the terms of the agreement.
For example, if you are on a 12 month term and your anniversary date is on 11 July 2019. You must provide notice before 11 April 2019 (ie 3 months prior).
