The Hazards section allows you to report any hazards that you identify in the workplace. You will be able to view any hazards that you report until they have been resolved or closed.
1 - At the top of eSS, select the "My safety" tab, and then select the "Hazards" drop down.
2 - You will be taken to the Hazards Screen. On this page, you can either report a new hazard or view hazards that you have previously reported but not yet resolved or closed. To report a new hazard, select the "Report a new WHS hazard" button
A lightbox will appear. Please complete all the fields. When you are finished select the "Report a new WHS hazard" button. The appropriate person in your company will then be notified of the hazard you logged.
