enableHR's core content is backed by FCB Workplace Law for Australian Content and LangtonHudsonButcher for New Zealand content.
If a client has had a custom template or checklist configured or has amended an existing template in Word and uploaded it onto the system, this content will become static. This means that it will no longer be dynamically updated by our Workplace Relations and Employment Lawyers to reflect the newest legislative changes.
For the exact same reason, new legislation cannot be applied retroactively to signed documentation such as employment contracts and policies.
When new legislation is introduced, enableHR updates its content to ensure compliance and alerts our users so that businesses can decide whether the changes will affect them and if the business needs to update their configured custom templates and checklists.
