iPayroll Changes
New status: Not Eligible for KiwiSaver
A new "Not Eligible for KiwiSaver" status is now available in enableHR's Admin, eSS, and via API. When the admin or user selects this status it will map directly to "Not Eligible" in iPayroll and replaces "Not a Member" as the correct status for ineligible employees.
Important: "Not a Member" status
iPayroll no longer accepts "Not a Member" for new or updated employee records. Syncing an employee with this status will return an error.
Existing employees already on "Not a Member" in both systems are unaffected.
Action required
Use "Not Eligible for KiwiSaver" for any new employees not eligible for KiwiSaver. We also recommend updating existing "Not a Member" employees to avoid sync errors if their records are changed in future.
