Enhancements
iPayroll Sync Updates
- The enableHR → iPayroll sync now only sends the fields it actively manages. Values maintained directly in iPayroll for untracked fields are left untouched when changes (e.g. first name, bank details) are synced from enableHR, and affected employees remain included in the next pay run.
- The sync report now distinguishes between three situations when payroll tab details (Payroll Details, Bank Details, Tax Details, KiwiSaver) are missing:
- Terminated employee, already in iPayroll — The employee will appear in the report detail with an error: "Mandatory Item (Payroll Details) not present." This flags records that need attention before they can sync cleanly.
- Active employee, already in iPayroll — The employee will appear in the report detail with a specific error pointing to the missing information, e.g. "No Retirement Savings Found for Employee." This makes it faster to identify and fix the gap.
-
Terminated employee, not yet in iPayroll — The employee will appear in the report detail with a warning: "Employee is terminated in [enableHR], employee will not be added in iPayroll." No action is required — the connector will skip the record rather than raise it as an error.
- Contractor records are now excluded from iHub syncs across all exporting connectors (including iPayroll for NZ accounts). On manual or scheduled syncs, contractors will no longer be synced and won’t appear in the Report Detail list — only employee records are considered for export.
foundU x enableHR joint onboarding checklist
Mobile number format is now validated at the create foundU profile checklist step. If the candidate's mobile number in enableHR doesn't start with "04" followed by 8 digits, clicking Send will display an error message at the checklist step:
"foundU accepts mobile number only in this format 04xxxxxxxx, Update the field."
The admin can then correct the number and resend, avoiding failed profile creations in foundU.
Bug Fixes
Assigning Tasks via Notes
The Assignee dropdown now correctly filters when assigning a note task to eSS users:
Selecting the role AllSelfServiceUsers or eSS Employee displays all active users with those roles in the Assignee dropdown. Choosing a user and clicking Create Note generates an eSS task that appears in the selected employee's inbox, ready for them to action.
