Enhancements
Competency Audit Reports
The date filter labels in the Competency Audit Report have been updated to make their purpose clearer.
The From and To filters are now labelled "Competency created from" and "Competency created to", so it's easier to understand that these filters apply to the date a competency record was created.
There is no change to how the filters work or the results they return.
Expanded Email Columns
The User Details Report now includes four email columns: Contact (Work) Email, Contact (Home) Email, Linked Record (Work) Email, and Linked Record (Home) Email with Work and Home columns grouped together for easy comparison.
Note that Linked Record (Work) Email replaces the previous Linked Record Email column.
Improved User Search
Searching by username or email now matches across all four email fields plus Username, making it easier to locate records regardless of which email address was used.
KiwiSaver Regulatory changes
Employees can now select 3.5% as their KiwiSaver employee contribution rate. This new option is available in both enableHR and the Employee Self-Service (eSS) portal when the KiwiSaver status is set to Active, and will appear as the default selected value.
The 3.5% rate is fully supported end-to-end — it is accepted when saving KiwiSaver records and syncs seamlessly to iPayroll without any errors.
Updated Employer Contribution Tax (ESCT%) Thresholds
The KiwiSaver ESCT% thresholds have been updated to reflect the latest New Zealand tax rates. The updated thresholds apply when the KiwiSaver status is set to Active, Savings Suspension and are as follows:
ESCT Rate |

Bug Fixes
Transfer → Create a new copy
What changed?
The transfer process has been updated to correctly handle user profile associations. When you use
Transfer → Create a new copy:
The user profile is unlinked from the original (source) record.
The user profile is linked to the newly created record.
The source record is marked as Transferred with no user profile attached.
Who is affected?
Anyone using the Transfer → Create a new copy function on records that have a user profile linked.
If you have records affected by this issue from previous transfers, please contact support for assistance.
OPR Assessment Status
We've resolved an issue where OPR assessment statuses were not reflecting the correct state for the additional assessor (secondary) when OPR initiated from the checklist.
The OPR assessment will now be marked completed for the additional assessor (secondary) when they have submitted their feedback and no follow-up steps are pending from their end.
