Azure B2C migration
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving security, reliability, and user experience, we are migrating all user accounts to Microsoft Azure Active Directory B2C (Azure AD B2C).
This migration enhances account protection and introduces Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as an optional feature. When enabled by your account administrator, MFA provides an additional layer of security against unauthorised access.
During your first login after the migration, you will be prompted to reset your password.
This is a one-time security step to ensure your credentials meet the enhanced password and security standards in Azure AD B2C.
If MFA has been enabled for your account, you will then be guided through a short setup process to choose and configure your preferred verification method — such as email or an authenticator app.
Because of this change, you may notice Microsoft-hosted pages during sign-in, password reset, or MFA setup. This is expected and completely safe.
