OPR - Compulsory comments now enforced reliably

Background 

The comments section of the KRA can be made either compulsory or optional.

This compulsory option was not reliably setting on newly launched OPR 's with no data in the comment section.

Update

Both “blank“ & “null“ KRA comments cannot be subnmitted if compulsory comment option is selected.

Also enhanced this field to not allow spaces (“ “) as valid responses in the comment field when marked as compulsory.

OPR - unanswered Key Result Areas display as red

Background 

When KRAs have not had a rating or comment added, the user cannot submit the final appraisal and the missing information displays in red.

KRAs did not display as red when KRAs were skipped by the user.

Update

Missed KRAs now will show red on the final submit stage.

Training Dashboard Enhancements

Background

After we introduced the training dashboard earlier, users provided feedback. We collected this feedback and implemented some enhancements based on this feedback

Update

The updates to the dashboard as follows:

  1. Changed wording from “Employee“ to “Worker”
  2. Competency status now displays in
    1. completed = green
    2. in progress = blue
    3. expired or missing = red
    4. not applicable & new requirement = default (black)
  3. inactive status no longer appears on the training dashboard
