Some of the Checklists within enableHR utilise employee Self Service (eSS). This means that you have the ability to ask the eSS User (eg Candidate/Employee/Volunteer) to respond to tasks and upload relevant documents as part of a process.
This results in less manual handling/scanning of on boarding and induction documentation for you and a faster method of delivery and return for key on boarding documentation.

Overview of Features in eSS Checklists
Signing a Contract via eSS
The eSS enabled checklists use the new ‘sign via eSS’ feature. This allows candidates / employees to sign their enableHR generated Employment Contracts via their Mobile Device / Laptop / PC.
Upload Key On boarding Documentation via eSS
The eSS enabled checklists use the new ‘upload via eSS’ feature. This allows candidates / employees to complete any key On boarding documentation and then upload it via eSS using their their Mobile Device / Laptop / PC.
Phone / Tablet users will be able to use their inbuilt camera to take high resolution scans of their documentation if they don’t have access to scanners.
Acknowledging Receipt of Information
The eSS enabled checklists use the new ‘acknowledge via eSS’ feature. This allows candidates / employees to acknowledge any delivered information (ie. The reading of policies) via eSS using their their Mobile Device / Laptop / PC.
