Overview
There are various search options available throughout enableHR, they may differ slightly between Worker Record tabs and Document tabs. There are three main filters available when using the search functionality within enableHR, they are all selected by default.
- "this branch only" - this checkbox should remain selected if the User wants to see only the workers or documents that are assigned to the branch the user is currently in;
- "and its sub-branches" - this checkbox should remain selected if the User wants to see ALL workers or documents that are assigned to the branch the user is currently in and the sub-branches the user has access to.
- "current records only" - this checkbox should remain selected if the User wants to see all CURRENT workers that the user has access to.
You can also search only using the filters and not typing anything, hit the Search button to refresh the Worker Records or documents on the tab.
What details can you search using?
Employee Management Module
Candidates Tab
Search for a candidate by their first or last name. You however cannot search using the Candidate's ID number or position title.
Employees Tab
Search for an employee by Employee ID number, their first or last names. You however cannot search using by their position title.
General Docs Tab
Search for particular documents by name.
Grievances Tab
Search for a grievance by name.
Policies Tab
Search for particular documents by name.
Positions Tab
Search for a position by name.
Shared Docs Tab
Search for particular documents by name.
Your Documents Tab
Search for particular documents by name.
Fact Sheets Tab
Search for particular documents by name.
Contractual Documents Tab
Search for particular documents by name.
Contractor Management Module
Contractors Tab
Search for a contractor by their company name. You however cannot search using the Contractor's ID number.
General Contractor Docs Tab
Search for particular documents by name.
WHS Management Module
Consultations Tab
Search for a consultation by name (i.e. “Nature”).
Hazards Tab
Search for a hazard by name, type or risk rating.
Incidents Tab
Search for an incident by their worker name, nature of incident or location.
Other People Tab
Search for a person by their first or last name.
Policies & Procedures Tab
Search for particular documents by name under any of the sub-tabs (Forms, SOPs, Templates, WHS Meetings or WHS Policies).
Return to Work Tab
Search for a return to work record by name.
WHS Resources Tab
Search for particular documents by name under any of the sub-tabs (Guides, Safe Work Publications, SDS or SWMS).
