Role Exception Analysis Report

What does this report do?

 

Three types of exception analysis can be produced by this report:

1. List everyone with the selected role whose competences are all valid
    Use this report to list who is fully qualified for the role at the date.

2. List everyone with the selected role whose competences have (partially) expired 
    Use this report to plan renewal of competencies.

3. List everyone. Show the status of competencies required by this role
    Use this report to determine who could (nearly) qualify for the role because they have the right
    competency mix.

 

Produces a list of records and the status of each competency required for this role. Use the date to forecast whether the competency may have expired by that date.

 

 

How would a customer use it?

Clients use this report to find records with competencies grouped by role that are missing, expired or incomplete.

This is very handy when looking at a group of records (ie. employees or volunteers) that are expected to have a certain set of valid competencies / certificates (ie. health care professionals)
