What does this report do?
List the records that have had the most notes recorded over the time period, ordered from highest to lowered. Grouped by calls/callback notes and emails sent.
How would a customer use it?
This report can give you a breakdown of the managers, employees, candidates, volunteers (etc) that contact you the most over a period of time.
Quite handy if you want to understand load placed on HR Teams and Shared Services.
