What does this report do?
This report lists the records that appear to be duplicates, matched by name and (if applicable) date of birth.
How would a client use it?
Generally used on Employee and Candidate records (but could be used on others), this report provides a list of records that appear to be duplicates.
This is handy for clients that have a large turnover or multiple
Once identified, Use the "Merge" function on the master copy to combine duplicates.
