Getting Started with enableHR - What is the Onboarding Journey?

Welcome to enableHR and the Citation Group family!

Keep an eye out for your welcome email

Within 48 hours of joining the enableHR family, you will receive a welcome email from Client Services explaining the Onboarding process and asking you to book a session with an Onboarding Specialist. The email will also provide you with the details needed to login to your enableHR account.

During your implementation session, we will provide you with an overview of enableHR and your Onboarding Specialist will support you to get your account up and running.

Learn how to use and setup enableHR

Your Onboarding Specialist will provide you with a number of sessions where they take you through the functionality of enableHR, ensuring you know what is available to you. They will guide you through the setup of enableHR.

Launch enableHR and employee Self Service (eSS)

Once your enableHR account is up and running, you will launch to your managers and employees!
