Timetastic is a time-off management software designed for businesses to streamline the process of tracking and managing employee leave.

Key Features of Timetastic:

  1. Leave Management: Employees can easily request time off, and managers can approve or deny leave with just a click. Leave balances are updated automatically.
  2. Calendar Integration: Syncs with tools like Google Calendar or Outlook, showing a shared team calendar with who’s on leave.
  3. Custom Leave Types: You can set up different types of leave like annual leave, sick days, etc., and customize rules for each.
  4. Reports: Provides reports on leave trends and remaining balances to help managers track absences.
  5. Mobile Access: The app is available on iOS and Android, so employees can manage leave on the go.
  6. Slack Integration: You can get notifications and manage leave directly from Slack.
  7. Automated Reminders: Sends automatic reminders about upcoming leave and approvals.
  8. Approval Workflows: Allows setting up custom leave approval processes, with multiple levels of approval if needed.

It is designed to make managing employee leave simple and efficient for both employees and managers.

 

Integration:

Any new/existing clients from both AU & NZ who wish to signup for Timetastic application needs employee information to be synced from enableHRso that there will not be any manual work to key in the user data once again in Timetastic.

How does it work?

Employees onboarded and maintained in enableHR can now be seamlessly integrated with Timetastic application through integration Hub (iHUB). Our integration will sync employee’s personal and employment data from enableHR to Timetastic. This will allow employees to get started in minutes and use Timetastic application.

The below are the pre-requisites to enable integration between the systems.

  • Setup account in enableHR
  • Setup account in Timetastic

How can I setup the integration?

Integration can be setup through Integration Hub (iHUB - https://ihub.enablehr.com/) portal by account admins itself. To learn more about iHUB refer this article.

I have an issue about an employee record not syncing, who do I contact?

You can view the integration details and any data synchronisation issues under the 'Reports' section in iHUB.

Is it a 2-way integration?

No, it is one-way integration from enableHR to Timetastic. See the notes below for the mapped fields and limitations.

Is it automated?

Once the integration is setup and the connector job is scheduled the integration happens automatically at set intervals. If there is a need to sync the data outside of scheduled run, you can run the integration job manually to immediately sync the data between both the systems. 

Does it sync Organisation setup?

Yes, along with synchronising employee records, branch information between enableHR and Timetastic will also be kept in sync.

Can I choose only a set of employees to be synced with Timetastic?

Yes, using the configuration options available for each individual connector, you can select or deselect specific branches and their employees for data synchronisation between the applications.

 

I’m in New Zealand, is Timetastic integration available to me?

We can setup the integration with your enableHR account with employees either in Australia or New Zealand, please contact our client support team for help getting setup.
 

Is there anything this integration cannot support?

  • Email invites are not sent to the newly created users in Timetastic.
  • Leave allowance details are not updated through the data sync and need to be manually updated within Timetastic.
