If you've been using the ERMS, you may notice some changes in addition to the extra functionality available to you. We've prepared some troubleshooting questions for you below.
Where do I find a Checklist that was still in progress?
As your Workflow menu and Checklists have been upgraded to be compatible with eSS, you can't access checklists that were in progress from the workflow. Instead, navigate to the Candidate or Employee Record that the checklist was for and select their 'Checklist' tab. From here you can access all checklists (incomplete and complete) for that Candidate/Employee.
Where is the 'Hiring' Workflow?
The 'Hiring' Workflow has been upgraded and replaced with the 'Pre-employment' Workflow. Under the 'Pre-employment' workflow, you will find additional checklists that you can utilise.
Where is the 'Forms' tab?
The 'Forms' tab has moved to underneath 'Library and awards'. You will find additional templates available to you. If there is a particular document you are looking for that you accessed under the previous 'Forms' tab, please contact the ARA Member Services team.
Where is the 'Awards and Wages' tab?
The 'Awards and Wages' tab has been replaced with enableHR's 'Library and Awards' tab. You will find additional resources available to you under this tab.
Why are there two 'Policies' tabs?
'Policies (Legacy)' is your original tab. 'Policies' is the new Policies tab that enables you to share company policies with your employees via eSS. If you don't have any company policies, or they are out of date, we would recommend that you create new policies under your new 'Policies' tab.

If you are happy with your Policies under your original 'Policies' tab, we ask that you move the Policies to the new tab so they can be visible to employees:
