enableHR's NEW Pricing Model Explained (for clients who joined from 1 October 2021 onwards)

enableHR charge a subscription that is based on the number of workers (employee, volunteer or contractor), with a minimum of 15. We call them “included workers”.

At the start of the month, you will be charged $7.5 for every included worker in your subscription. The minimum number of included worker is 15.

At the end of the month, you will also be charged $7.5 for any additional worker you had during the month, on top of your included worker.

For instance, if your subscription covers 50 included workers, you will be charged:

  • At the start of the month: $375 + GST
    $7.5 x 50 = $375 (covering the included workers for the month)

  • At the end of the month, assuming you didn’t have more than 50 workers at any given time during the month: $375 + GST
    $7.5 x 50 = $375 (covering the included workers for the next month)

  • At the end of the month, assuming you had a maximum of 60 workers at any given time during the month: $450 + GST
    $7.5 x 50 = $375 (covering the included workers for the next month)

$7.5 x 10 = $75

Note that you might have been given a special discount by our sales representative, in which case the discount value (or percentage) will be applied every billing period.

 

How will you be charged?

Your business will be asked to enter payment details when you purchase an enableHR subscription.

You will be charged monthly using the payment details supplied when the enableHR account was created.

 

How will you know how much you will be charged?

Three days before your payment is due to be taken, you will receive an email advising what the payment amount is estimated to be for that month. We can only provide an estimate at this time based on the most number of workers that have been active to that date in that month , i.e. no further workers being entered into the system before the payment is due to be taken. 

 

PLEASE NOTE:  All prices listed above exclude GST.  There is a 12-month minimum term for all enableHR subscriptions.
