Introducing you to enableHR eSS!

Have you heard the great news? We will be launching our new cloud-based HR platform – enableHR eSS – in [insert time frame]. We’ve introduced this new software because it will speed up and simplify a lot of routine HR administration, make record-keeping easier, and provide you with immediate access to important HR documents.

Ahead of the launch, we wanted to let you know some important information and how the new platform might impact you.


So how will this impact you?

When we launch the software, you will be able to log into the employee section of the platform, known as Employee Self Service (eSS), using any internet-connected device, where you can:

  • View our company policies on various things including [insert description of what’s available];

  • View and update your personal details (including your address, bank account for example) as well as access select documents stored against your HR file (such as your signed employment contract);

  • View and action tasks assigned by management or HR such as acknowledging and electronically signing documents.


What training will you get?

Who can you turn to for help?

Our official enableHR champions will be [insert names] – they will be able to help you with any questions you have about the HR software.
