Standard Service Offering
enableHR undertakes to provide the following service offering to our clients:
- availability of technical support to clients within support hours (see below);
- enableHR endeavours to respond to a technical support request within 3 business hours or otherwise within 24 hours of receipt of the request (Monday - Friday);
- Depending on the nature and complexity of the query, tickets can have varied resolution times. Tickets that require troubleshooting have a target resolution of 1 business day. The resolution time for tickets that need to be escalated to our Development Team will vary depending on the complexity, our agents will keep you updated on estimated ETAs as to when the ticket will be resolved.
