Are the standard contracts and templates within enableHR automatically updated?

These firms regularly review and update enableHR's content to ensure that all documentation and checklists are compliant and meet best practice standards at all times.
A Compliance Audit report is issued by enableHR on a quarterly basis. The report details how relevant legislation and case law has changed throughout that specific quarter. The report will also highlight the enableHR content that was updated to reflect the new law as result of the change. A copy of the report is circulated to clients via our monthly newsletters - Keep an eye out!
If I have a custom template or policy, will they be automatically updated with new legislation?
When new legislation is passed, the applicable content changes will only apply to documents which are generated via the enableHR system from the date of the content update onwards. Content changes will not automatically update documentation that has already been generated.
If a document is specific to your organisation or if a system generated document has been manually amended in Word or otherwise, it is the User's responsibility to keep that document up to date.
