When does the new pricing model come into effect?
For Partners, the new pricing model will apply to new clients signing up to enableHR from 1st July 2022.
What is enableHR's pricing model?
enableHR offers an all-inclusive platform charged on a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription that includes a base number of workers. There is a minimum charge for 15 included workers. Each worker is charged at $7.88 per month.
When a business exceeds their base number of included workers, they will be charged per additional employee, contractor or volunteer thereafter on a monthly basis, regardless of whether their subscription is monthly, quarterly or annual.
Regardless of the payment frequency, the license term for a subscription is 12 months.
Are there any additional charges for modules or functionality within enableHR?
enableHR charges a one-time IP Activation fee of $500 when the customer signs up. This provides the customer access to all of the legal content within enableHR including agreements, policies, letters, templates etc.
There are no additional charges for modules as the functionality of enableHR is all-inclusive. The subscription includes unlimited users and branches.
There is a one-off set up fee for some integrations in the system e.g. SEEK and Meridian integration.
What will clients be charged?
This will depend on the unique plan you create for your prospective customer.
On signup, the customer will be charged a $500 IP activation fee and the amount for their base level of included workers ($7.88 per worker, minimum of 15 workers), this will vary per customer.
The subscription will continue to be charged for the base level of included workers at the frequency you set in their plan, which will be monthly quarterly or annually. They will be charged for any additional workers on a monthly basis thereafter.
Additional workers are charged based on the highest number of active workers within enableHR in the previous month.
For example, if an account is created on the 22nd November and you select 26 as the included base of workers on a monthly subscription :
22nd November - $500 + $204.88 +GST will be deducted from the payment card
22nd December - $204.88 (no additional workers) will be charged
5th June – A further 15 workers are entered into enableHR
22nd June - $323.08 ($204.88 + 15*$7.88) will be charged

When and how will Clients be charged?
Clients will be asked to enter payment card details when they sign up to an enableHR subscription via the unique link that you provide to them.
In creating their plan, you will have selected whether they are charged for their base of included workers monthly, quarterly or annually. Clients will be automatically charged at that frequency for their base of included workers thereafter, using the payment details supplied when the enableHR account was created.
If clients go above their base of included workers in any month, they will be charged for the additional workers the following month.
How will Clients know how much they will be charged?
Three days before a payment is due to be taken, an email will be sent advising what the payment amount is estimated to be for that month. We can only provide an estimate at this time based on the most number of workers that have been active to that date in that month, i.e. no further workers being entered into the system before the payment is due to be taken.
