Q&As for Partners about enableHR’s pricing model

Follow

When does the new pricing model come into effect?

For Partners, the new pricing model will apply to new clients signing up to enableHR from 1st November 2021. For proposals currently in the market, you can continue to use the old pricing structure until 1st December 2021.

What is enableHR's pricing model?

enableHR offers an all-inclusive platform charged on a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription that includes a base number of workers. There is a minimum charge for 15 included workers.

When a business exceeds their base number of included workers, they will be charged per additional employee, contractor or volunteer thereafter on a monthly basis, regardless of whether their subscription is monthly, quarterly or annual.

Are there any additional charges for modules or functionality within enableHR?

enableHR charges a one-time IP Activation fee of $500 when the client signs up. This provides the client access to all of the legal content within enableHR including agreements, policies, letters, templates etc.

There are no additional charges for modules as the functionality of enableHR is all-inclusive. The subscription includes unlimited users and branches.

There is a one-off set up fee for some integrations in the system e.g. SEEK and Meridian integration.

What will clients be charged?

This will depend on the unique plan you create for your prospective client.

On signup, the client will be charged a $500 IP activation fee and the amount for their base level of included workers, this will vary per client.

The subscription will continue to be charged for the base level of included workers at the frequency you set in their plan, which will be monthly quarterly or annually. They will be charged for any additional workers on a monthly basis thereafter.

Additional workers are charged based on the highest number of active workers within enableHR in the previous month.

For example, if an account is created on the 22nd November and you select 26 as the included base of workers on a quarterly subscription:

22nd November - $500 + $195 will be deducted from the payment card

14th January – 8 workers are entered into enableHR (34 workers now in total in enableHR)

22nd Jan - $60 +GST (the 8 additional workers are charged)

22nd Feb- $195 + $60 (the quarterly base subscription of 26 workers + 8 additional workers is charged)

22nd March - $60 (the 8 additional workers are charged)

2nd April - 10 workers are terminated in enableHR (24 workers now in total in enableHR)

22nd May - $195 (the quarterly base subscription of 26 included workers is charged)

18th June – A further 15 workers are entered into enableHR (39 workers now in total in enableHR)

22nd June - $112.50 (the 15 additional workers are charged)

22nd July - $112.50 (the 15 additional workers are charged)

22nd August - $195 + $112.50 (the quarterly base subscription of 26 workers + 15 additional workers are charged)

22nd September -$112.50 (the 15 additional workers are charged)

22nd October -$112.50 (the 15 additional workers are charged)

22nd November - $195 + $112.50 (the quarterly base subscription of 26 workers + 15 additional workers is charged)

*The figures above do not include GST

Do candidates count towards the total number of workers billed for?

No, only current employees, contractors and volunteers will be billed for.

Is considered pricing still available for registered charities?

In general, considered pricing in the form of a discount of 20% will be offered to registered charities. Considered pricing for registered charities must be approved in writing by enableHR prior to submitting a proposal to a client. Please contact our Partner Support Manager at partnersupport@enableHR to request approval.

Is considered pricing available for clients with a large volume of volunteers?

We endeavour to assist in making enableHR affordable for charities, particularly when they have a large volume of volunteers. Please contact enableHR to discuss considered pricing for your client. Considered pricing must be approved in writing by enableHR prior to submitting a proposal to a client. Please contact our Partner Support Manager at partnersupport@enableHR to discuss your request.

When and how will Clients be charged?

Clients will be asked to enter payment card details when they sign up to an enableHR subscription via the unique link that you provide to them.

In creating their plan, you will have selected whether they are charged for their base of included workers monthly, quarterly or annually. Clients will be automatically charged at that frequency for their base of included workers thereafter, using the payment details supplied when the enableHR account was created.

If clients go above their base of included workers in any month, they will be charged for the additional workers the following month.

How will Clients know how much they will be charged?

Three days before a payment is due to be taken, an email will be sent advising what the payment amount is estimated to be for that month. We can only provide an estimate at this time based on the most number of workers that have been active to that date in that month, i.e. no further workers being entered into the system before the payment is due to be taken.

What pricing model applies to clients who signed up prior to the 1st November 2021?

Clients were charged $75 upon creation of an enableHR subscription, this covers up to 10 workers.

The subscription is charged for the base amount and any additional workers (above 10) on a monthly basis thereafter.

Additional workers are charged based on the highest number of active workers within enableHR in the previous month.

For example, if an account is created on the 22nd April:

22nd April - $75 + GST will be deducted from the payment card

24th April –10 workers are entered into enableHR (these will be the 10 included workers)

22nd May  - $75 + GST (no additional workers) will be charged

5th June – A further 15 workers are entered into enableHR

22nd June - $187.50 + gst ($75 + 15*$7.50) will be charged
