Applying weighting to an overall Key Result Area (KRA) group

With the flexibility of enableHR system, the weightings of a KRA group can also be managed. The Weighted Score is dependent on the Multiplier value.

Please Note: To access the Performance Review Admin Functionality you must have the following role:

 

Navigate to the  Performance Reviews Administration page by clicking on:

  1. Account Settings
  2. Performance Reviews Administration

Under the Grouping tab, select the desired group to be managed / updated, and click on any of the edit buttons. For this example, we select "Group 1" among the list of groupings:

Update the Multiplier value(s) as desired:
