Applying weighting to a KRA or Objective on a record

The Weighted Score is dependent on the Multiplier value.

Please Note: To access the Performance Review Admin Functionality you must have the following role:

• PerformanceReviewAdmin (OPR)

Once a record has been opened, Multipliers and Weightings can be managed by:

1. Go to Performance Reviews
2. Click Multipliers and Weightings
3. Click "Manage multipliers" button
4. Apply the desired multiplier value
5. Click "Update multipliers" button
