Yes, the system allows multiple users in an account. There's two benefits of multiple users:
- being able to track who did what
- being able to restrict certain users to specific groups of employees, branches, features etc.
Depending on your license agreement, you might have a limited number of users.
If you have reach your user limit, you will see '0 available' on the new user button.
Please get in touch with your partner or our Client Experience team to request additional users. A small increase of the annual license fee will apply.
